Another day of Marty driving us around. This time we started west along Palisades Reservoir to find a hidden but huge waterfall on the snake river below the dam. Then we explored a bit in his 4x4 truck on Fall Creek Road. We headed north through Idaho to revisit Teton Pass, this time without ice, snow and "chains required." A quick lunch in Jackson and we wandered through Hoback and up a dirt road on Granite Creek to see Granite Falls and Hot Springs.

Last time we crossed this pass, we were in a 2WD rental car and there was ice and snow falling all over.

Upstream of this fall is a hot spring that feeds a developed swimming pool.
The water is high enough to fill this lesser creek that runs off the hill below Corner Peak and into Granite creek.

The road to Granite Hot Springs is long and uncleared in the winter. Apparently a local sled dog club brings people back to the spring.
